We want you to feel confident and secure while shopping with Guardian Bikes. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike at any time within the first year for any reason.

Growth Spurt Guaranteed
We guarantee our RideSizer recommended size for a FULL YEAR! We offer a growth spurt guarantee, if your kiddo’s bike isn’t a perfect fit you can return or exchange it for up to a year after delivery.

Free Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Instructions:
Call (888-576-6178), email, or chat with our legendary customer service team that is happy to help you initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 365 days of the delivery date of your item(s).For returns:
We ask you to donate the bike to a local charity or non-profit of your choosing. Once we receive a photo of your donation receipt and a photo of the bike at the charity, we will refund your original purchase in full. Our team will happily help find a local charity or non-profit in your area to ensure an easy & hassle-free experience.For exchanges:
You can donate the original bike for a full refund (see instructions above) and purchase the correct size whenever you're ready. -
Free Local Mechanic Repairs
Our bike warranty covers any bike repair for 1-year after the delivery date of your bike. If needed, simply send us your bike shop receipt and we will reimburse you for the payment.
Warranty does not cover rust or other weather related issues. Items that experience normal wear are tear not included (tires, tubes, brake pads).

Free Spare Part Replacement
Our team is happy to assist you with any minor repairs and/or new replacement parts over the phone, via FaceTime or Zoom call.
If there is a manufacturing defect, Guardian Bikes will cover all necessary costs for the repair. Most minor repairs can easily be done at home using our repair tools, shipped with the replacement parts, and our helpful videos.
